Order Fulfilment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Standard Fulfilment: Orders are fulfilled within 7–14 business days.

Specialised Orders: If your purchase requires a consultation or pre-order appointment, fulfilment timelines and shipping details will be clearly communicated during the appointment.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Overnight Parcel Pouch. You will receive a tracking notification once in transit.

Orders over $100: Free Shipping applies automatically at checkout.

Orders under $100: A flat shipping fee of $10.00 will be applied.

Please note: Discounts, coupons, or other offers that reduce the order value below $100 will disqualify the order from free shipping.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel, then transferred to the designated country’s postal service.

Shipping charges are based on the value, weight, volume, and destination of your order.

Shipping fees and options will be displayed at checkout once you select your destination country.

Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.

You may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Liability

ELEVANNA BOTANICALS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the custody of Australia Post or any international postal service.

Australia Post shipments are not automatically covered for loss or damage.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1–3 business days of placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
To cancel, email: info@elevanna.com.au with your order number and full name.

Once your order has shipped, we cannot process a cancellation.
