You are taught how to build meals properly using key nutrients. You learn why the framework works and how to apply it consistently in everyday life.

The Self-Paced option provides the complete framework for independent learning and implementation. The Coach-Led option includes personalised guidance, accountability, and structured support while working through the same framework.
